Furry family members are some of our favorite residents at FalconView. We recognize that pets are part of the family and warmly welcome them to the community. With lots of open spaces for exercise, we know your four-legged family members will love living at FalconView as much as you do!

Falcon View Pet Policy:

Animals – A maximum of 2 pet(s) per apartment is permitted. Exotic animals and reptiles are not accepted. Some breed restrictions apply. Support animals are not considered pets and are allowed to reasonably accommodate a handicapped leaseholder or occupant. All animals must be photographed by management before approval.

  • $450 non-refundable pet fee per pet
  • $40 pet rent per pet​
  • 65 pound weight limit
